Common questions
Does Business come with a free trial?
The 7-day Business trial is for existing Pro subscribers. If you are new to Rawwij, start on the free plan or subscribe to Pro first, then the Business trial becomes available to you.
What if a client has more accounts than the plan allows?
Enterprise raises it to 80 accounts, up to 10 per platform. Seats start at 15 and can be sized up to 100, and it adds outbound webhooks. Contact sales and we will size it with you.
How is client data protected?
Each workspace is walled off from every other Rawwij customer inside the database, using row-level security. The tokens that connect client accounts are encrypted with AES-256, and accounts connect through each platform’s own sign-in, or a bot token for Telegram, so no client password is ever stored.
