Welcome to Rawwij! Here's how to get up and running in minutes.
Step 1: Create Your Account Sign up with your email address or use Google/Apple sign-in. You'll be taken to your dashboard right away.
Step 2: Complete Your Profile Head to Settings to add your name, profile picture, and preferred language (English or Arabic). You can switch languages anytime from the dashboard header.
Step 3: Choose Your Plan Rawwij offers flexible plans from Free to Enterprise. Visit Settings → Subscription to explore options. You can start with Free and upgrade anytime.
Connect your social media accounts to unlock Rawwij's full potential.
How to Connect: Navigate to the Accounts page from the sidebar. Click "Connect Account" and select your platform (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, or Threads). You'll be redirected to the platform to authorize Rawwij. Once authorized, your account will appear in your connected accounts list.
Supported Platforms: • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — Publish, schedule, and track analytics • X (Twitter) — Tweet, schedule, and monitor engagement • TikTok — Upload videos and track performance • LinkedIn — Share professional content and track reach • YouTube — Manage video content and analytics • Snapchat — Manage stories and track views • Threads — Publish and engage with your audience • Telegram — Send messages and track engagement
Important Notes: • We use OAuth 2.0 — we never see or store your social media passwords • You can disconnect any account at any time • Disconnecting immediately removes all stored tokens
Create engaging content and publish across multiple platforms at once.
Creating a Post: Click "Create Post" from the sidebar or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+N. Write your content, add images or videos, and select which platforms to publish to. You can preview how your post will look on each platform before publishing.
Content Library: Save frequently used content, templates, and media in your Content Library for quick access. Organize with folders and tags.
Batch Scheduling: Use the Batch Schedule feature to create multiple posts at once. Upload a CSV or create them manually — perfect for planning a week or month of content.
Tips: • Use the AI writing assistant to help craft engaging captions • Preview your post on each platform before publishing • Save drafts to come back to later • Use hashtag suggestions for maximum reach
Plan your content strategy with Rawwij's scheduling tools.
Scheduling a Post: When creating a post, select "Schedule" instead of "Publish Now." Pick your date and time, and Rawwij will publish it automatically at the right moment.
Calendar View: The Calendar page gives you a visual overview of all scheduled, published, and draft posts. Drag and drop to reschedule posts. Switch between day, week, and month views.
Best Times to Post: Rawwij analyzes your audience engagement patterns and suggests the best times to publish for maximum reach. Look for the "Best Time" recommendations when scheduling.
Queue Management: Set up a posting queue with predefined time slots. Add posts to your queue and they'll be published in order at your preferred times.
Track your performance and make data-driven decisions.
Dashboard Overview: Your main dashboard shows key metrics at a glance: followers, engagement rate, total posts, and shares. Growth percentages show how you're trending compared to last month.
Analytics Page: The dedicated Analytics page provides deep insights into your social media performance across all connected platforms. View metrics by platform, date range, and content type.
Reports: Generate comprehensive reports with charts and data tables. Export reports as PDF or CSV for sharing with your team or clients. Schedule automatic report generation.

Collaborate with your team efficiently.
Inviting Team Members: Go to the Team page and click "Invite Member." Enter their email address and assign a role. They'll receive an invitation email to join your workspace.
Roles & Permissions: • Owner — Full access to everything, including billing and account deletion • Admin — Manage team members, accounts, and settings • Editor — Create, edit, and publish content • Viewer — View-only access to dashboards and analytics
Managing Your Team: View all team members, their roles, and last activity from the Team page. Owners and Admins can change roles or remove members at any time.
Customize Rawwij to work the way you want.
Profile Settings: Update your name, email, profile picture, and password. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for extra security.
Notification Preferences: Choose which notifications you receive — post published, scheduled post reminders, team activity, analytics milestones, and more.
Language: Switch between English and Arabic at any time. The entire interface, including navigation and notifications, adapts to your chosen language.
Subscription & Billing: View your current plan, usage limits, and billing history. Upgrade, downgrade, or manage your subscription from Settings → Subscription.
Data & Privacy: Download your data, manage connected accounts, or delete your account from Settings → Privacy.
Your security is our priority.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable 2FA from Settings → Security. We support TOTP-based authentication via apps like Google Authenticator or Authy. This adds an extra layer of protection to your account.
Password Security: Use a strong, unique password. You can change your password anytime from Settings → Change Password.
Connected Account Security: All social media connections use OAuth 2.0 — we never store your social media passwords. You can revoke access at any time.
