Rawwij (روّج, Arabic for "promote") is a social media management platform for businesses anywhere in the world. It helps you manage, schedule, and analyze your content across multiple social media platforms from one dashboard. Rawwij is fully bilingual, Arabic for the Middle East and North Africa and English everywhere else, so your team works in whichever language it prefers.

Yes! Rawwij is fully bilingual with complete Arabic and English support. The entire interface, including navigation, notifications, and reports, can be switched between Arabic and English at any time. Arabic mode uses right-to-left (RTL) layout for the best reading experience.

Rawwij is a responsive web application that works on any device with a modern browser. Simply visit rawwij.com from your mobile browser to access your dashboard, create posts, and view analytics on the go.

Go to the Accounts page from your dashboard sidebar. Click "Connect Account" and select the platform you want to connect. You'll be redirected to that platform to authorize Rawwij. Once authorized, your account will appear in your connected accounts list.

We use OAuth 2.0 for all connections, so we never see or store your social media passwords.

Instagram only allows publishing from a professional account, so a personal account cannot be connected. This applies to both connection methods, whether you connect through a Facebook Page or directly with Instagram.

You do not need to prepare anything first. If your account is still personal, Instagram stops the connection itself and offers to switch it for you: a "Change to professional account?" screen appears with a Change button, and the connection continues normally afterwards. You can also switch ahead of time in the Instagram app, under Settings → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account.

Business and Creator both work. Switching is free, it does not change your username or your existing posts, and you can switch back at any time.

If your account is already professional and connecting still fails, that is a different problem. The error on the Accounts page carries Instagram's own reason for it. Send that message to support and we can tell you what it means.

Yes, depending on your plan. You can connect multiple Instagram, Facebook, or other platform accounts. This is especially useful if you manage multiple brands or business pages. Check your plan limits in Settings → Billing.

Go to the Accounts page, find the account you want to disconnect, and click the disconnect button. This will immediately revoke Rawwij's access and delete all stored tokens for that account. You can also revoke access directly from the social media platform's settings.

Absolutely. We take security very seriously:

• We never store your social media passwords • All OAuth tokens are encrypted at the application level • Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) • Row-Level Security ensures your data is isolated • You can revoke access at any time

Click "Create Post" from the sidebar or press Ctrl+N. Write your content, add media (images/videos), select which platforms to publish to, and click "Publish Now" to post immediately or "Schedule" to publish later.

Yes! When creating a post, choose "Schedule" instead of "Publish Now." Select your desired date and time, and Rawwij will automatically publish your post at that time. You can view and manage all scheduled posts in the Calendar view.

Yes, that's one of Rawwij's core features. When creating a post, select all the platforms you want to publish to, and Rawwij publishes to all of them at once. As you write, it checks your text against each platform's character limit, and it adjusts images to the shape and format Instagram and TikTok require.

Two limits apply, and a video has to fit both. Your plan sets the largest file you can upload: 500 MB on Free, 1 GB on Pro, 2 GB on Business and 5 GB on Enterprise. Each platform then sets its own:

• YouTube: up to 256 GB and 15 minutes (12 hours once your channel is verified) • Facebook: up to 10 GB and 4 hours • X (Twitter): up to 8 GB and 20 minutes (125 minutes with X Premium) • LinkedIn: up to 5 GB and 30 minutes • TikTok: up to 4 GB, at the length your TikTok account allows (Rawwij checks it before uploading) • Threads: up to 1 GB and 5 minutes • Instagram: Reels up to 300 MB and 15 minutes, Stories up to 100 MB and 1 minute • Telegram: up to 50 MB

Rawwij checks your video against both before publishing and tells you if it is too big or too long.

Batch Scheduling lets you create and schedule multiple posts at once. You can upload a CSV file with your posts or create them manually in bulk. This is perfect for planning a week or month of content in one session. Access it from the "Batch Schedule" option in the sidebar.

If a scheduled post fails (due to network issues, expired tokens, etc.), Rawwij will automatically retry with exponential backoff. You'll receive a notification about the failure and can see the error details in your post history. You can manually retry failed posts from the Schedule page.

Rawwij tracks these metrics for Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube and Threads:

• Follower count and growth • Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares) • Post reach and impressions • Best performing content • Optimal posting times

Analytics are not available yet for LinkedIn and Telegram.

All data is pulled directly from each platform's official API for accuracy.

Yes! Go to the Reports page to generate comprehensive reports with charts and data tables. You can export reports as PDF, PPTX, PNG or CSV files for sharing with your team, clients, or stakeholders.

Analytics data is refreshed regularly throughout the day. Most metrics are updated within a few hours. For real-time metrics, visit each platform directly. Historical data is available for as long as you've been connected.

Go to the Team page and click "Invite Member." Enter their email address and assign a role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer). They'll receive an invitation email with a link to join your workspace. Invitations expire after 7 days.

• Owner — Full access to everything, including billing and account deletion • Admin — Manage team members, connected accounts, and settings • Editor — Create, edit, schedule, and publish content • Viewer — View-only access to dashboards, analytics, and reports

Roles can be changed at any time by the Owner or an Admin.

Yes. Owners and Admins can click any member on the Team page to see every post that member created in the workspace. For each post you see the platforms and the text. You also see whether it published, failed or is still scheduled, and when.

This shows who wrote a post, not who edited it. If one person creates a post and another edits it later, it stays under the person who created it. Members with no posts show as empty, which is expected for Viewers since they cannot create content.

The Activity panel lower down the same page is separate. It records team changes such as invitations and role changes. It now also shows who wrote, edited or deleted a post, and when. Publishing is not listed there, since Rawwij handles that itself. A post's status shows whether it went out.

The number of team members depends on your plan:

• Free: 1 user (just you) • Pro: Up to 3 team members • Business: Up to 10 team members • Enterprise: 15 included, up to 100

• Free: 2 social accounts (1 per platform), 30 posts a month, basic analytics, 5 GB of storage, files up to 500 MB • Pro: 10 accounts, unlimited posts, advanced analytics, bulk scheduling, 100 GB of storage, files up to 1 GB • Business: 25 accounts, 10 team members, X (Twitter), priority support, 250 GB of storage, files up to 2 GB • Enterprise: 80 accounts, webhooks, WhatsApp support, 500 GB of storage, files up to 5 GB

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Rawwij displays prices in multiple currencies: KWD (Kuwaiti Dinar), SAR (Saudi Riyal), AED (UAE Dirham), and USD for everywhere else. Prices are dynamically converted with intelligent rounding.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and your data will be retained.

We implement multiple layers of security:

• All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) • OAuth tokens encrypted at application level • Row-Level Security (RLS) at the database level • Passwords hashed with bcrypt • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) support • Regular security audits

No, never. We use OAuth 2.0 for all social media connections. This means authentication is handled entirely by each platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). We only receive and store encrypted access tokens that allow us to perform authorized actions on your behalf. You can revoke these tokens at any time.

Go to Settings → Security and click "Enable 2FA." You'll see a QR code that you can scan with an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy. After scanning, enter the 6-digit verification code to complete setup. From then on, you'll need your authenticator code when logging in.

You can delete your account from Settings → Security. Under "Delete account", click "Delete my account", then "Delete it".

• Your account is held for 7 days, then erased, and we email you once it is done. Until then you can cancel from the same page or from the link in the email we send you • To skip the wait, click "Or delete it now" and enter your password, or the 6-digit code we email you if you sign in with Google. Your account is erased immediately • Erasing removes your posts, library, analytics and connected accounts, and disconnects Rawwij from your social platforms • Backup copies are deleted within 90 days • To keep a copy, download it first from Settings → Preferences → Export My Data • If you own a team with other active members, hand over ownership first

If you just want to disconnect social accounts, you can do that without deleting your Rawwij account.
