1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Rawwij! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rawwij platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Rawwij ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Eligibility: • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service • If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
Account Registration: • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
2. Service Description
Rawwij is a social media management platform that allows users to:
Content & Publishing: • Create, schedule, and publish posts to multiple platforms simultaneously • Batch schedule multiple posts in a single session • Calendar view for visual scheduling management • Platform-specific media format validation (JPG, PNG, MP4, MOV, etc.)
AI-Powered Tools: • AI Caption Generator with tone, language, and platform-specific options • Multiple caption variations per generation • Support for English, Arabic (Gulf dialect), and bilingual captions • Monthly usage limits based on subscription tier (see Section 4)
Content Library: • Cloud media storage with upload, organize, and folder management • Drag-and-drop file organization into custom and platform folders • Support for images, videos, and documents
Basic Analytics (all plans): • Summary cards: total followers, engagement rate, impressions, and reach • Weekly engagement chart: likes, comments, and shares with toggle controls • Per-platform breakdown: followers, engagement %, and post count per connected account
Advanced Analytics (Pro, Business, Enterprise): • Follower growth tracking over time (weekly trend) • Performance insights: best time to post, best day, average reach, total impressions, profile views, and top content type • Reports dashboard with date range filtering (7 days, 30 days, 90 days) • Growth percentage calculations with period-over-period comparison • Platform distribution charts and weekly engagement breakdowns • Export reports as CSV, PDF, or PNG image
Team Collaboration: • Invite team members with role-based permissions (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer) • Shared content library and scheduling access
Account Management: • Connect and manage multiple social media accounts per platform • OAuth-based secure authentication with automatic token refresh • In-app notifications for account events and system updates
Billing & Subscriptions: • Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise tiers with varying limits • Free trial offers for eligible plans • KWD-based pricing with dynamic currency display by region
Supported Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and Snapchat. Feature availability may vary by platform due to their respective API limitations and policies.
Service Availability: • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access • We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice • Third-party platform changes may affect feature availability
3. User Responsibilities
When using our Service, you agree to:
Content Standards: • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Respect intellectual property rights of others • Not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable • Not post spam, misleading content, or engage in deceptive practices • Not post content that violates the terms of connected social media platforms
Account Security: • Keep your login credentials confidential • Use strong, unique passwords • Enable two-factor authentication when available • Not share your account with unauthorized users • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
Platform Compliance: • Comply with the terms of service of all connected social media platforms • Not use the Service to violate any platform's community guidelines • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Not use automation in ways that violate platform policies
Prohibited Activities: • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service • Using the Service to distribute malware or harmful code • Attempting to interfere with the Service's infrastructure • Scraping or collecting user data without authorization • Reselling or redistributing the Service without permission
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscription Plans: Rawwij offers various subscription plans with different features and limitations. Current plans and pricing are available on our website at rawwij.com/pricing. Plans may include free tiers, professional tiers, and business tiers with varying features and capabilities.
AI Captions Feature: Rawwij provides an AI-powered caption generation feature subject to monthly usage limits based on your subscription tier: • Free Plan: 10 AI-generated captions per month • Starter Plan: 30 AI-generated captions per month • Pro Plan: 50 AI-generated captions per month • Business Plan: 200 AI-generated captions per month • Enterprise Plan: Unlimited AI-generated captions Usage limits reset on the first day of each billing cycle. Unused captions do not carry over to the next month. AI-generated content is provided as-is and you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any AI-generated captions. Rawwij does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. We reserve the right to modify AI caption limits at any time with prior notice.
Billing Terms: • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and may vary by region • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days advance notice
Payment Methods: • We accept major credit cards and debit cards • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider • You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees
Automatic Renewal: • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refund Policy: • We offer a 7-day refund for new subscriptions • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase • Refunds are not available if you have connected social media accounts and actively used the service • Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 14 days • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days • To request a refund, contact support@rawwij.com
Failed Payments: • If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again • After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be suspended • You are responsible for any fees incurred due to failed payments
5. Team Collaboration & Access
Team Feature Availability: Team collaboration features are available exclusively on Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Users on the Free or Starter plans cannot create or manage teams. To access team features, you must upgrade to an eligible plan.
Team Roles & Permissions: Each team has a structured permission model with four roles: • Owner: Full control over the team, billing, accounts, and all settings. There is exactly one owner per team — the user who created the team or holds the subscription. • Admin: Can connect and disconnect social media accounts, manage content and scheduling, and view all team data. Cannot modify billing or delete the team. • Editor: Can create, edit, and schedule content. Cannot connect or disconnect social media accounts, manage team members, or access billing. • Viewer: Read-only access to dashboards, analytics, and content. Cannot create, edit, schedule, or manage any resources.
Plan Enforcement & Account Limits: • All team members operate under the team owner's subscription plan. A team member's personal plan (if any) does not affect the team's limits. • Social media account limits (total accounts and per-platform limits) are determined solely by the owner's active plan. • Plan limits are enforced at the server level. Regardless of the user interface, the system will reject any attempt to exceed the owner's plan limits. • If the team owner downgrades their plan, existing connected accounts will remain but no new accounts can be added until the team is within the new plan's limits.
Account Connection Rules: • Only the team Owner and Admins may connect or disconnect social media accounts. • Editors and Viewers cannot add, remove, or modify social media account connections under any circumstance. • Connected accounts belong to the team, not to the individual member who connected them.
Team Member Responsibilities: • Team members must use their own email addresses and credentials to access the platform. • Sharing login credentials between team members is strictly prohibited. • Each team member is responsible for actions taken under their account within the team workspace. • Team members must not attempt to circumvent role-based access controls or plan limitations.
Invitation & Onboarding: • The team Owner and Admins can invite new members by email. • Invitations expire after 7 days if not accepted. • Invited users must create a Rawwij account (or sign in with an existing one) to join the team. • The team's member count is limited by the owner's plan (e.g., Pro: 3 members, Business: 10 members). • Pending invitations count toward the team's member limit.
Removal & Data: • The team Owner and Admins can remove members at any time. • When a member is removed, they lose access to all team data, accounts, and content immediately. • Removed members retain access to their personal Rawwij account (if they have one outside the team). • Content created by a removed member within the team workspace remains the property of the team.
Team Dissolution: • Only the team Owner can delete a team. • Deleting a team permanently removes all team data, member associations, and shared content. • Connected social media accounts will be disconnected. • This action is irreversible.
Liability: • The team Owner is ultimately responsible for all activity within the team workspace, including content published by team members. • Rawwij is not liable for unauthorized actions taken by team members who were granted access by the Owner or Admins.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property: • The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Rawwij • Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected by law • You may not use our intellectual property without written permission
Your Content: • You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the Service • By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service • You represent that you have the right to upload and share your content • You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for third-party content
User License: • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service • This license is for personal or internal business use only • You may not sublicense, sell, or transfer your access to others
Copyright Infringement: • We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same • If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@rawwij.com • We will respond to valid copyright infringement notices in accordance with applicable law
7. Third-Party Platforms
Social Media Integrations: Our Service integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of these platforms through our Service is subject to: • The terms of service of each respective platform • The privacy policies of each respective platform • Any limitations imposed by platform APIs
Platform Responsibilities: • We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies • We cannot guarantee continued availability of specific integrations • Platform-specific features may be modified or discontinued due to API changes
YouTube API Services: Our Service uses YouTube API Services. By using our Service with YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and acknowledge Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can revoke our access to your YouTube data via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Connected Accounts: • You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials for connected accounts • You must have authorization to manage connected business or team accounts • You can disconnect accounts at any time through your account settings
Third-Party Links: • Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services • We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites • Your interactions with third-party services are at your own risk
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content
Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAWWIJ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities • Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service • Damages resulting from third-party actions or platform changes
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rawwij and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Content you upload or share through the Service
9. Termination
Termination by You: • You may terminate your account at any time through account settings • Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease • You are responsible for exporting your data before termination
Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if: • You breach any provision of these Terms • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity • You violate the terms of connected social media platforms • We receive valid legal requests requiring termination • We discontinue the Service
Effects of Termination: • All licenses granted to you will terminate • Your access to the Service and your content may be deleted • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect • We may retain certain data as required by law
Data Retention After Termination: • Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days of account termination • Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes • You can request immediate deletion by contacting privacy@rawwij.com
10. Modifications to Terms
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes: • We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page • For material changes, we will provide notice through email or the Service • Changes become effective 30 days after posting unless otherwise specified
Your Options: • If you disagree with the modified Terms, you may terminate your account • Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance • We encourage you to review these Terms periodically
Changes to Service: We may modify the Service at any time, including: • Adding or removing features • Changing pricing or subscription plans • Updating supported platforms or integrations • Implementing new technologies or security measures
We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: • We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally • Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration • Arbitration shall be conducted in Kuwait City, Kuwait • The language of arbitration shall be Arabic or English, as agreed by the parties
Jurisdiction: • You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait • You waive any objection to venue in such courts • Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Time Limitation: Any claim arising from these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose.
12. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rawwij regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Assignment: • You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent • We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or internet outages.
Notices: • We may send notices via email to the address associated with your account • You may send notices to legal@rawwij.com • Notices are effective upon receipt
Language: These Terms are provided in English and Arabic. In case of any discrepancy between versions, the English version shall prevail.
