How to Schedule TikTok Videos: TikTok Studio and Beyond 10 Days

Scheduling a TikTok video means it goes out when your audience is around, not the moment you finish editing. TikTok lets you schedule for free from a computer and has been testing it in the app. This guide covers what each way allows as of October 2026, and when a scheduling tool saves you time.

On a computer, through TikTok Studio: go to tiktok.com, open TikTok Studio, upload the video, turn on the schedule toggle, pick a date and time, and confirm. TikTok's support page says you can schedule from 15 minutes up to 10 days ahead, and a scheduled post can't be edited, only deleted. It doesn't work from a phone's web browser.

Who can schedule? TikTok's own pages disagree. The older scheduling page mentions Business accounts or accounts with 10,000 followers or more, while the newer page on creator tools says TikTok Studio, scheduling included, is for both personal and business accounts. The surest check is to open the upload page and see whether the schedule toggle is there for you.

In the phone app: a scheduling option was spotted in the TikTok Studio app in January 2025, then in the main app's post screen in July 2025, but TikTok hasn't announced it, and it seems to reach some accounts and not others. If you don't see it, the computer is the reliable route.

The limits of the free way: ten days isn't enough for a month's plan or a Ramadan campaign, a scheduled post can't be edited, and each video is scheduled on its own, from one account. If the same video also goes to Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, you repeat the work on each platform.

Does scheduling reduce reach on TikTok? TikTok has never said so. What decides reach is the video itself and how people respond to it, so post when your followers are active. TikTok Analytics shows when that is, in the Followers tab.

In Rawwij you connect a TikTok account once, then schedule a video, or a photo post of up to 35 photos, alongside your Instagram, YouTube and other posts in one calendar. Rawwij doesn't use TikTok's own scheduler: it keeps the post and publishes it through TikTok's official Direct Post API at the time you picked, so the 10-day limit doesn't apply. You choose who can see each post before you schedule it, as TikTok requires. Once an account has posted enough, Rawwij suggests the best day and hour to post on TikTok from your own results.
